There were two reasons I left my career:

“One  thing I knew was I didn't want was to be doing be the same job 10 years in the future!”

There is one thing that resonated in my mind the entire time I worked in a job:

Statistics show by 35 years old you have reached the highest level in your profession.

You may never want to do this business with your wife, but if you want to help you can support her in four ways; physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. This will advance her business into the future!

“What can you do? Utilize your talents and give her your strength to lighten her load a little. For example if you have communication skills, help her with strategy. If you have accounting skills help her with her record keeping and office practices. etc. If you are in sales help her promote her buinsess.

Best of all support her and tell her it's necessary to make mistakes in order to succeed. She needs to gain experience at the same time she builds her business."

Focus and Credibility

While in Premier, Jean and I have been approached to start other businesses:

Two communication (phone) companies.

One cash flow (note) business.

Two wellness (care) product businesses.

Ideas of our own to start other side businesses.

One lawyer (legal) networking business.

Each time we noticed a surge of excitement about the new business or idea.

At the same time noticing our precious focus was shifting in the blink of an eye.

We felt if, we go on with this, we will lose the ground we gained,

and the momentum  (speed) to our goal.

Based on this experience we believe—Focus is priceless!

Another point is what would Jean’s jewelers think if she had other side businesses

or held other direct sales company memberships?

This does not include a full time job. Jean herself worked for Target at one time.

Because Jean is “all in”, her new prospects and jewelers take her seriously.

Each decision not to start up another side business,

was a decision to be credible and genuine to her prospects, jewelers and herself.

Based on this principle we feel—Credibility is priceless!

Amazing Women

Amazing means to overwhelm with surprise or wonder. I think these women we call our wives are amazing. How do they make it all work out? Most of them are committed to their faith. Many are married. Many are raising children (or have raised them). Some drive multiple kids to sports on multiple days of the week. They own a home and tend to it. Many pay the bills, do the grocery shopping, clean the house and do the laundry. Many go to part-time jobs or full-time jobs. Yet, they carve out the time to own a Premier business. Many have hopes and dreams for their business. When I see these women at rally, I am always humbled. I should be; women in Premier are amazing.
